My Eyesight
Today I had an eye exam at the Eye and Contact Lens Center. I found that my vision was around -3, which I take to be bad... very bad.
The exam was very interesting. First, I had to look through these big things that looked like giant overlapping metal donuts. The equipment had rotatable, changeable, multi-layered lenses on the front, which could be placed over the left and right stationary lenses on the equipment. Then I put on some soft contact lenses, and the doctor inspected how my eyes looked with them. After everything seemed okay, the doctor talked with dad and then called Brandon for his check.
I feel sad that my eyes have deteriorated so much, and I regret letting them deteriorate now. Glasses and contact lenses - either way it is very annoying. Without them, I have to squint and everything gets blurry around 20 feet.
In conclusion, even though the exam was interesting, I regret that I ever let my vision fall to -3.
