           I think uniforms should be worn in schools because it provides sameness and makes everyone look better.

          One reason I think uniforms should be worn in schools is that it provides sameness. Therefore, there is no segregation based on what clothes you wear. In most schools nowadays, people judge each other by how good their clothes look, and that also reflects on how rich your family is. Poor families' children would be separated and treated badly, which isn't good. Uniforms, however, don't give people a chance to form an opinion on your clothing. Everybody wears the same clothes, and so there is no way to segregate poor or rich - uniforms are all the same. Also, there are no inappropriate clothes if uniforms are worn. Some people choose to wear inappropriate clothes these days, which greatly influences other people and distracts them during class time. With a uniform, there would be no segregation or inappropriate clothes.

          Another reason I think uniforms should be worn in schools is that uniforms also look better in school pictures. In some school pictures, people's clothes look to obvious or bright. Then the person would be segregated because of a bad picture. Others would laugh at the person, and that isn't good. Inappropriate clothes in pictures could also result in a large influence, since everybody sees the pictures in the yearbook. This would influence others to also wear inappropriate clothes, resulting in a big distraction in class. The influence also would gear kids more to the inappropriate side of things. Uniforms also don't provide clashing colors. This would be bad because it would be weird to have a few neon yellow shirts in the midst of dull-colored shirts. The people would stand out, and be laughed at. The picture also wouldn't look that good. But uniforms provide sameness, and so the pictures would not have people who really stand out and others who kind of fade into the background.

          In conclusion, uniforms definitely should be worn in school.
